Using this site
Browsing and searching the catalog is open to everyone, no account required. An account (created via a passwordless email sign-in link) is required to check out, submit a buylist sale, or use the AI-assisted deck builder.
Orders
Prices and stock levels are shown as accurately as we can manage but may change or contain errors; we'll contact you before charging or shipping anything affected by a pricing mistake. Payment is processed by Stripe. We currently ship within Canada only. Some shipping options are flat-rate and don't include tracking (sized by how many cards are in the shipment); choosing one is at your own risk — we can't confirm delivery and don't assume liability for mail lost or undelivered that way. An order can be cancelled and fully refunded by us before it ships; once shipped, a damaged or incorrect item is handled through our claims process instead (report it from your order page, with photos).
Selling to us (buylist)
A buylist quote is an estimate — every card is subject to condition and authenticity review once it arrives. If a card grades below the condition it was submitted as, the final price is adjusted to reflect its graded condition and paid at that adjusted amount; a card may also be rejected. By submitting a buylist order you acknowledge and agree that: cards are subject to that review; an adjusted price is paid without a further approval step; a card may be rejected; and cards ship to us at your own risk — we don't assume insurance or liability for loss or damage in transit. This matches the acknowledgment you confirm again when you actually submit a sale.
Store credit & deck-builder credits
Store credit (earned from a buylist payout, a resolved claim, or a purchase reward) and deck-builder tokens (a limited free weekly allowance, or purchased separately) are two separate, non-transferable account balances. Neither can be exchanged for cash except through the payout methods we explicitly offer.
Account standing
We may suspend or ban an account for abuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations, which blocks checkout, buylist submissions, and deck-builder use on that account.
No warranty
The site and its deck-builder suggestions are provided as-is; we don't guarantee the AI-assisted suggestions are optimal for your deck, only that anything it recommends has been verified as actually in stock and legal for your chosen format before it's offered to you.

Magic: The Gathering®, its card names, card art, and other related trademarks and copyrights are the property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Card images and names shown throughout this site — including in site imagery such as the homepage banner — are used to identify and describe the physical products we sell. Gatehouse Games is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise approved by Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect once posted here.
